Supply policy

The Site will be responsible for delivering the order placed on the Site to the location agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Orders will be processed and delivered within the following timeframes:

Up to 5 business days by home delivery ;
Up to 9 business days via collection points .

“ Business day ”: Sunday through Thursday , excluding general holidays , holidays before holidays , and days when banks in Israel are closed.

Shipping costs may be updated periodically as indicated when placing your order.

The Site may establish a minimum purchase amount .

The Site's courier company may modify the delivery point chosen by the customer due to overload or closure of the point .

If an ordered product is not available in stock , the Site will inform the buyer and offer alternatives . If the buyer is not available, the Site will ship the order without the missing product .

If the customer is not at home upon the arrival of the courier at the previously agreed time, the order will be returned and reshipped after the customer pays an additional shipping cost .

If the customer indicates in the order or subsequently that he/ she accepts that the order be left next to the door or with a neighbor (whose name appears in the order), the exclusive responsibility for leaving the products in the indicated place will be the customer's .

Delivery of orders is subject to:

Reasonable accessibility to the delivery location;
That the Site (including its courier company) delivers in that area ;
If the order concerns organizations, institutions, kibbutzim, or locations that are inaccessible without special permission and/or an orderly registration of streets and/or numbers, the order will be delivered to the central distribution point at the location.

The Site shall not be liable for delays and/or late delivery and/or non-delivery caused by:

Force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the Site;
Causes related to the courier company and/or collection points ;
General closure affecting the operation of the Site and/or its suppliers and/or service providers, for any reason.

Return, exchange and cancellation policy

No exchange, return or cancellation of food products will be permitted, and the customer will not be entitled to any refund , in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 1981 .

If the exchange, return or cancellation is due to a product defect , the collection or replacement of the defective product at the place of delivery will be the responsibility of the Site .

A product that the customer considers defective will be reviewed by the Site. If, after review, the product is deemed to be in good condition and/or the defect occurred after delivery due to improper use , the customer will not receive a refund and may request a reshipment of the product at their expense .

The above is subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 1981 .

Jurisdiction

These Terms and the use of the Site shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel , without application of its private international law rules .

The courts of the Jerusalem District shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from and/or related to these Terms and/or disputes between you and the Site.

Accuracy / Technical and other corrections

The Site, as a whole, including all information appearing on it, is provided to the public as is and every effort is made to be as accurate as possible ; however, information may be incomplete , or technical or other errors may occur.
